“I have used this place for 2-3 years. All of it was always digitally over email , so keyword DIGITALLY. I am in the process of buying my first house, and need 3 years of tax returns as proof of income for a first time buyer grant. I called Pat’s office asking if she could just send them over email again real fast because the email link sent years prior was EXPIRED now; so i had no way to get my copies. She told me she would charge $50 per year i needed. I asked why i needed to pay for the copies when the originals wouldn’t let me look at it. She wouldn’t budge, was rude and basically didn’t help at all. My husband called his agents receptionist , and she gave no issue and sent them over immediately. I thankfully was able to sign into IRS and get tax transcripts , hopefully that will work for what i need. So in summary, how are you going to take clients and do it all digitally but then not hold on to those returns DIGITALLY, or at least provide links that stay open. So, if you are thinking of using this place for taxes, I wouldn’t recommend. Use Rodney Hagan & Associates instead.”

“Used Roberts Tax Service for one year. My federal tax return was filed incorrectly and my state tax return wasn't filed at all. Just discovered this information after getting a letter in the mail 5 years later from GA department of revenue. I usually don't post stuff like this, but I do feel people need to be warned. I called them to see if we could fix the issue and they cannot even locate my file and didn't seem to be concerned at all with my issue.”
